Born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania, Jackie has had the love of horses most of her life.  Having her parents inexperienced in the horse world it was hard for her to persue her love for  horses as alot of little girls did but as luck had it there was a stables up the street that had Arabians
and half-Arabian horses. Being a small horse breeder, the owner would only have one foal per year. This gave Jackie the chance to learn to train, handle and halter break young horses.
After graduating from high school she attended a Trakaner  breeding and training farm in West Chester, PA where she obtained more hands on training with horses including improving her riding abilities which included Jumping and Dressage.
After leaving the farm in 1981 Jackie obtained her first horse from the same horse breeder back home. This 27-year-old little mare Princess, is still with her today.
Her favorite thing is sketching her horses besides riding. She is also a member of several breed registries. Her real love is her Arabians but she always said,
“A good ride on any horse is a good horse”.
Married over 20 years, she and her husband Paul and their daughter Desiree’ live in a quiet town in the Poconos.
Her husband being a professional chef is also a part-time Police officer in their hometown.
She currently works at a Wal-Mart in the Photo lab where she developes pictures.
She is always looking for more ways of improving her art. She has her E-bay store,
Jackie’s Closet Corral, where she sells her artwork plus horse tack, pet supplies and sometimes new and used clothing for all ages.
